Founded in 1995 by Jeff Burton, Custom Business Solutions, Inc. has grown exponentially since its inception as an IT staffing firm located in Jeff's home office. Today, Custom has two Michigan locations: Novi and Grand Rapids and is home to 50+ employees.

Over the years, Custom has been awarded honors for Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, Crain's List Top Area Staffing Firms, and proudly remains a Certified Women's Business Enterprise.
